Belly Dance Mania Terms & Conditions
Belly Dance Mania is pleased to offer you an EARLY BOOKING DISCOUNT PACKAGE DEAL at £150
which applies to bookings with full payment received before 1st March 2010.
From 2nd March 2010 the weekend package will be £165.
Package deal includes a choice of **workshops, Entrance to Friday & Saturday evening gala shows
and application to perform at the BDM showcase. (Limited performance slots)
**WORKSHOPS NOT INCLUDED IN PACKAGE DEAL- Nagwa Fouad workshops & Randa Kamel Master Class
(an additional £30.00 per workshop applies)or BDM Belly dance competition entry fee (an additional £20.00).
Evening Gala Show –Additional ticket.Currently only available to weekend package deal participants for purchase.
(Total £30.00 for both, Friday & Saturday Gala Shows & access to Sundays BDM participants showcase.
Not included is Accommodation or Meals .see website
From the date this goes to press all information advertised is correct. However, Belly Dance Mania reserves the right to alter the programme
ie, Teachers or workshops advertised. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
We reserve the right to use substitute teachers of similar calibre in the case of unavoidable circumstances. Note: Nagwa will not be performing.
Cancellations: If YOU cancel ,we regret that NO refunds can be made. Gala Show - No Refunds for cancellations.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the entire festival a full refund will be made within 30days after the event date.
We regret that no other refunds will be made for any expenses you may have incurred.
Age Policy: Workshops & shows are suitable for over 16’s.
Children under 16 year must be accompanied by a paying adult if attending the Gala Show.
Our aim is to provide an excellent Dance experience with high calibre of teachers ,workshops and value for money.
